Workout notes:
Warm-up 800 at a more brisk pace.
Relaxed throughout, including down- and off-hill..
Good form for finish downhill and final 400.
At finish 5 seconds early, almost exactly on
time and mileage before adding final 400m.

COMMENTS

Little to say about this one! Matt was sore
(hamstrings, inner elbows) before the workout.
The warm-up, and continuing with the pre-race
set of dynamic drills eliminated that easily.

Hydrate! Slightly dry - and thirsty - at conclusion.
